Confusion over what expiration dates mean causes people to throw out tons of food that might still be perfectly good. ‘MOOoo’ cards allows users to test the milk by dropping a small amount of milk on the card. Colour indicates the Ph level of the milk and if it's yellow (ph 6-6.7), Milk is still good to drink! If the colour changes into a redder spectrum (ph 6.8-4), It indicates that the acidic level of milk has increased over time and is no longer fresh.
